At EviAri, we provide personalized dog grooming products, which means all sales are final. As each product is tailored specifically to your needs, we do not accept returns.

Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of our customer support team. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@eviari.com with your concerns, and we will evaluate the situation.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. This includes custom orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns on perishable goods, personal care items, or any other items specified as non-returnable. If you have concerns about your specific item, feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanges
As our products are customized, we do not offer exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team at support@eviari.com to discuss possible solutions.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. However, due to the personalized nature of the products, returns are not accepted. If you have concerns, please contact our customer support team.

Refund Process
Refunds are handled at the discretion of our customer support team. If a refund is granted, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
